As the year ends, we take stock of our performance and set aside 1% of our annual revenue to help build a better future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ve done this for over a decade – always 1% of revenue, not profit. Paying from profit is convenient and easy. Paying from revenue is a commitment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where the 1% goes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We focus on two partners where we believe support compounds across generations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Venner<\/a>: <\/strong>Supporting low-income families with children in Finland through quality nutrition and education. More nutritious food today means better conditions for learning, growth, and societal participation tomorrow, and possibly a better future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Women\u2019s Bank<\/a>:<\/strong> Supporting women\u2019s entrepreneurship and education in developing markets. When women gain skills and build businesses, income and opportunity ripple across families and communities. It\u2019s one of the greatest unlocks for community wellbeing, along with enabling girls to go to school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
